Personally I expect Spurs to be 10 points off the pace at the end, though given the general consensus in the media and amongst most fans that this IS a 2 horse race, the underdog inside me would have a quiet chuckle if they won it

I think the winners will have to get around 96 points

For them that’s dropping 9 points (3 defeats, or, 1 defeat and 3 draws)
For us that’s dropping 5 points (1 defeat and 1 draw).

Might even come down to exactly that and then you’re talking goal difference.

Spurs are growing. Everyone is thinking and focusing on Liverpool but they are definitely a threat too and growing as a football team. Their squad with the likes of Son, and Moura is probably better than Liverpools. I rate Liverpool's first 15 players but I dom't think they have the same depth as City or Spurs particularly in the forward line.

Maybe not across the front three but in the striker position Liverpool have three players (Mr ridiculous teeth, Sturridge and Origi). Sturridge got them a point late on at Chelsea and Origi got them three points at the death against Everton.

Neither us nor Spurs have that third striker option.

We played without a proper striker at Chelsea and couldn’t hit a cow’s backside with a banjo, some really weak finishing from our non-natural finishers.
