Spurs are growing. Everyone is thinking and focusing on Liverpool but they are definitely a threat too and growing as a football team. Their squad with the likes of Son, and Moura is probably better than Liverpools. I rate Liverpool's first 15 players but I dom't think they have the same depth as City or Spurs particularly in the forward line.

Personally think Spurs will slow up at some point. I am still very concerned about the scousers though and I' ve got this horrid vision of them getting their hands on the trophy come May. The Liverpool result will mean nothing though if we have any more Palace/Leicester type results.

Spurs have collected more points in the second half of the season than the first under Poccetino regularly.

That being said, they'll likely shit themselves at some point.

I think somewhere around the 90/92 mark will win it.

It’s natural, with all the various cup comps plus relegation sides fighting for their lives, that there are upsets as we move into the business end of the season.

I don’t think we will get that many points, we will have to hope that the 90 odd points we should get are enough.

I'd say one defeat or draw is the most we could suffer if we are to retain the title. Constantly playing catch up with Liverpool is the likely killer as we'll be at least two games behind them due to domestic cup commitments.

Agreed. I think Liverpool will drop 9, maybe more from here, Utd away could be a loss, Spurs and Chelsea at home probably draws and another somewhere in there (don't think it will be Everton but it is their cup final so you never know).
Whether City can get to 95 or not is anyone's guess of course, but if anyone can...
Still 50/50 for me and one odd result from either side could decide it

A record of 10 3 2 from here would give them 93 points. I think they will easily do that. So we need to assume it will be more than that.

They only have 3 tough games left and I’d expect them to win at least one of those. Maybe draw one, maybe lose one.

That would then need them to draw 2 more and lose 1 more. Possible but unlikely based on their fixtures. Teams at the bottom fighting to avoid relegation are down there for a reason. They are shite.

Personally I think they will get around 97. Whether we do is the big question. It’s some ask from here but if one team is capable it is us.

They could potentially have played 2 more games than us by the end of Feb though which isn’t ideal. We have to win every game before that point to stay close enough.

However if we finish second on over 90 points then it’s no complaints. That is a great season. Our title defences in 13 and 15 were poor. This one wouldn’t be.

We’ll need about 98 points just to have a chance. So about 45 more points, from a possible 48. So realistically we can only fail to win one more game. If we drop points to Arsenal or Chelsea, we have to win every remaining fixture or it’s done.
