Some of these posters shitting themselves need to get a grip and look at the bigger picture. If Pep had any worry that we’re going to throw away the title, he would have played his strongest team yesterday. We are not going fail to win one of our remaining three games and United won’t win all of theirs.
Is the correct answer.

If it was remotely close then we’d have beaten both Leeds and Chelsea. That’s the point. It’s won, Pep knows it’s won. It’s because of the hard work in the previous 34 games that he’s confident enough to make 9 changes against the CL finalists and ensure we arrive in the best physical shape on the 29th.

He didn’t even do that (make sweeping changes) when he was aiming for the 100 point record. It’s fucking done.
We will win it but it aint done, neither mathematically or in Peps head.....if it is done in his head then we are in for a hell of a last few games because that b team he keeps putting out is a significant downgrade

I fully expect it to be, just as I fully expect to have to beat Everton on the final day to win the league. They’re ruthless in a way that we just aren’t. Soft penalties notwithstanding, they look like scoring all the time, which is why they regularly come from behind to win. And they don’t tit around making 9 idiotic changes with the title at stake

You genuinely 'fully expect' us not to win against either Newcastle or Brighton?

Not saying it can't happen but surely you would fancy us to win one of those?

And they are ruthless in a way we are not?

Not looking for an argument just a bit baffled by these comments.

Depends what team we put out...that B team struggles
We played that team to give a rest to players that have been involved in energy sapping and emotional games against PSG and Dortmund. By the Newcastle game, we will have had 10 days rest and will go pretty much full strength I would suspect.

This place is amazing. Ric should hand out bipolar meds to every member that signs up ffs.

Agreed..and hopefully Pep does to

In which order? cos if its lose/draw/win that last day could be murder if rags dont drop any points beforehand, even the most laid back on here will be shitting it, and it will hardly be a cruise prior to the cl final.

Cant help feeling we have lost a bit of momentum.
I think we’ll beat Newcastle, draw with Brighton and lose at home to Everton.

I think we’ll go full strength against Newcastle and then the last two games yesterday’s team (or close to it) will play. And we’re better away from home than at home.

If it's still not won by Friday we will go full strength and batter them

Then we can rest players for the last two games

Agree with your reasoning but Leicester needed the win yesterday and got smashed by Newcastle....who we play next....If Pep plays anything but our strongest 11 and we dont get the result its on him
If the rags win the next two and Pep plays a weakened team on Friday then I think he needs to stay away from Manchester for a while

I’ve come to the reluctant conclusion that there are a sizeable minority of posters who seem to harbour some sort of frankly weird resentment towards city these days.
Willing us to mess it up. Talking united up whilst happily slagging us off.
Even Aguero has been getting it.

They’ll be gutted when we win the league by 8-10 points.

If we beat Newcastle I dont care who he plays in the last two games....play the EDS kids that need some experience...Doyle, Delap, Palmer...give them a taste and Pep can have a look at how they handle the big stage....

Our last 4 games with our normal team have been 2 wins v Dortmund and 2 wins v PSG. Do you really honestly think if we need to go full strength v Newcastle, Brighton and Everton that we won’t get two points? Stop bloody flapping
It’s like some people are willingly being thick by ignoring this.
