One cup of rice into a saucepan. One cup of boiling water. Salt. Stir. Leave on very low heat for 11 minutes with lid on. Turn off heat. Leave with lid on for another 11 minutes. Voila, cooked rice.
I'll show you next time your round, thought you were joking xWish I knew. I gave up trying to boil rice a couple of years ago and I just buy the microwave stuff now. Full power, 100 seconds. Done. Perfect every time.
