How to bulk up?

I know but I can't really ask someone to spot all 5 sets for me when I don't know them.

Going to drop down a bit and try to build back up.

Of course you can mate. As soon as you step in the gym everyone is your mate.

If your not keen on that ask a member of staff to spot you.

Hi guys, Past few weeks I have been recording what I have lifted. Still following the StrongLifts program. As you can see I have stalled on some of the exercises.

I just don't have the strength in me to do more, To try and combat this I have started doing a few extra exercises like triceps dips/press etc. But still mainly sticking to the core principles of 5x5.

Alright mate. Have a look at dropping your weight slightly, but concentrating on your time under tension (TUT) instead.

How much are you eating mate? Might want to consider upping the calories a touch.

Why has your deadlift stalled? Strength or grip?

I don't have exact figures, will track myself religiously next week and update!

I am going to the gym in about 30mins, will weigh myself there and update!

My deadlift has stalled really because of the weight, My grip feels comfortable and I am not in any pain or anything. I physically feel I can't lift more!

IF you've been hammering it for weeks and weeks, your body might just be knackered. Try lightening the load for a week or two and then go back to heavy.
