How to bulk up?

Squats; 50kg
Bench; 42.5kg
Barbell Row; 25kg

I lightened the squat but did TUT, felt ok and didn't have any problems.
I upped my bench a little and it felt ok, bit of a push but thats what its about?!?!
Barbell Row; after bench I couldn't get anywhere near the bars so I had to replace it with Lever Row. Which was the best alternative? :(

I will have a look at TUT, thanks mate.

I don't have exact figures, will track myself religiously next week and update!

I am going to the gym in about 30mins, will weigh myself there and update!

My deadlift has stalled really because of the weight, My grip feels comfortable and I am not in any pain or anything. I physically feel I can't lift more!

Have you tried using an alternate grip?

I currently Double Overhand but I have tried the Alternate and it felt really odd and un natural. May try it again next week though.

The alternate grip, without doubt, will enable you to lift heavier, however,it may also cause injury. Its no coincidence,my shoulder on my underhand(left) deteriorated as I went heavier.Give it a go but leave ego at the door.....
Also, you may wish to consider sumo lifts - basically a wider stance and slightly narrower grip.
If an issue,it tends to negate poor back form as the legs are forced to work more,I also find this technique allowed me to lift heavier still.

And eat more.....

Your ratios look a little off there chap. What weight are you deadlifting? You should really be able to squat more than 7.5kg over your bench if you're not held up by twigs! ;)

As per Fantasy's advice above, I think as a matter of common sense it's not good to intentionally imbalance yourself to lift heavier weights. If you want to pick something really fucking heavy up off the floor use straps or improve your grip.

I can squat max of 70kg right now but I dropped the weight down significantly to try TUT.

I just can't seem to go anywhere with my bench! I have been around 40kg for ages now!

I will try out a different grip for a few weeks and see how it goes, will do more research into it!

Ahh makes more sense!

As you've stalled on your bench and your deadlift, I'd forget about a different grip for now. You may suddenly be able to lift another 5kg but it won't fix the underlying problem.

You say you're stuck on 40kg, is that stronglifts 5x5? Take a week or two off and maybe try a slightly different routine and see if you can break through. I used to do one that was 5 x Full weight, then 6 x Full weight - 10%, then 8 x Full weight - 10% of that. So I'd do say, 5 x 60kg, then 6 x 55kg (close enough), then 8 x 50kg. You can micro load on this just like any other routine.

Your first step however should be to check your diet. If you can't tell me now roughly what you're taking in you've likely not planned it or stick to it well enough! ;)

I would guess that is the crux of his problems..... post up the diet CTID?

Also you may not be pushing yourself enough,a training partner may be required?
