How to bulk up?

No worries lads will stick to Stronglifts. Just need to get my numbers back to what it was before easter break and then try and break through the plateau I was at!

Just thought it would be worth asking!

Think I've just had the world's shortest gym session.

Had a sore back for a couple of weeks but nothing major.

Did my 1st set warm up for deadlift and I felt a sharp twinge in the side of my back.
Tried to stretch it out but couldn't even bend down again to try for another set.
So my gym session today was 5 reps of 50% of my 5 rep weight...productive!

Anyone got any decent online workout programmes? Some yank called Kyle Leon who does a programme for 35 quid, sounds convincing on his video but is he full of shit? I need something to really commit too as previous efforts to put a bit of muscle on has miserably failed.

Don't pay for it mate. I'm going to assume as you're looking at something like that you're yet to start lifting properly, in which case just get started on Stronglifts. You even get a nice phone app to keep track of progress.

And remember, you could be training like a monster - If you haven't sorted your diet you'll be getting sod all out of it. Diet first. Training later.
