Couldn't be better mate, I finished the T25 programme last week and I've shed a stone in 10 weeks, I'm now weighing in @ 73k

I'm ticking over on the treadmill, cross trainer and mountain climber at the moment but when I return from holiday I'll be either looking to do some weights or even have a go at P90x3 which I've downloaded and put to disc.

Don't worry if I start on the weights I'll be bending yours and Dirty Harry's ear :-)

Having experienced being in the company of you both I have to say I can't compete, you're both Pro's when it comes to that ;-)

My right shoulder is a constant pain in the arse, it's actually lead to a pretty bad imbalance. I need to go see someone about it tbh but keep putting it off as it doesn't give me any day to day pain. Even considered taking up bloody yoga!

Have you looked at or considered P90x3?

The programme includes Yoga and Pilates along with many other 30 minute workouts that shouldn't be underestimated.

I've mentioned it before(Dave Whelanesque....) but eventually I had to have surgery due to putting it off and training through it.
My advice, get the physio and rehab before you get to the stage where training is a distant memory for at least 6 months......

If you want to start yourself, google rotator cuff injuries(treatment, rehab and prevention).Do your own deep tissue massage and rotate ice/heat immediately afterwards.
