How to bulk up?

I'v got a good home Gym, in a log cabin at the bottom of my garden. 30ftx15 about 8ft high. Got 2 heavy bags and a floor to ceiling ball, 2 olympic sets plus a bench and a squat rack and chinning bar. I took some gear from my old gym when it closed a few years back. I love the solitude now, and I'm free of wanna be tough guys.

Gyms are very annoying places, looking at trying to get a home gym going but i have a small room only which i am not sure i could fit a cage/squat rack in

I tried the whole home gym thing, just didn't have the motivation for it. Had a pretty good set up too, ended up selling the lot when I moved.

Been going to a gym for a couple of years now but it is very hit and miss in terms of getting on equipment, started stronglifts in jan and it would be far easier to do at home, the order of the exercises is all over the place at the moment

The main thing I like about my gym - 95% of the time I can do my workouts in the order I want. But most importantly, when I'm done I get a good dose of jacuzzi and steam room :p

I have this

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.britishfitness.com/gymano-ultimate-power-rack.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.britishfitness.com/gymano-ul ... -rack.html</a>

dimensions are in the write up,but then you need room for your dip stn and your weights.

Are the safety bars okay if you drop a shit load of weight on them?

I am pretty sure i can fit this in but the problem is when i add the barbell(7ft) and the bench plus general walking around it room

Yep,dont let the price fool ya.....its a decent bit of kit.

Sounds idyllic gary.

I'm thinking I might set something similar up myself when I move gaff - Save the garage for my classic mini!

That's them, on his website "North Wales Garden Sheds" Gallery you can see 2 photos of my home gym, it's better now after 5 years, lots of posters made it more lived in.
