Twice was a slight exaggeration. I'm on 2500 calories, any more and I would most likely pop.

You really are a tart!

Me right now:

I get my ass out of bed at 7:30 on a Sunday for a nice empty gym - Only to find a bloke doing a bench / Bulgarian split squat / Dumbell row super set on the flat bench. He was damn near the only other person in there on the one piece of kit I wanted to use, typical!

Gyms are very annoying places, looking at trying to get a home gym going but i have a small room only which i am not sure i could fit a cage/squat rack in

I tried the whole home gym thing, just didn't have the motivation for it. Had a pretty good set up too, ended up selling the lot when I moved.

Been going to a gym for a couple of years now but it is very hit and miss in terms of getting on equipment, started stronglifts in jan and it would be far easier to do at home, the order of the exercises is all over the place at the moment

I have a home set up,cage and bench - its a great escape and offers enough for a decent workout. The variation isn't there obviously....... but keeping things simpler, compounds, probably aint a bad thing, especially when it comes to injuries.

Motivation is the mirror and the fridge!

What is the smallest floor space i could get away with, i do stronglifts with added dips and pull ups

I have this

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.britishfitness.com/gymano-ultimate-power-rack.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.britishfitness.com/gymano-ul ... -rack.html</a>

dimensions are in the write up,but then you need room for your dip stn and your weights.

Are the safety bars okay if you drop a shit load of weight on them?

I am pretty sure i can fit this in but the problem is when i add the barbell(7ft) and the bench plus general walking around it room
