How would you rate the last weeks results?

And shit at everything else compared to him, which is why they would struggle to get in the team for an EFL cup game.

It genuinely staggers me that people can watch Guardiola's City for 6 seasons now and think a fucking Jermaine Defoe type would get within 100 miles of this side.

I am more staggered that you are genuinely staggered that so many still don't understand.
The media and pundits tell them so, so it must be right.

I am more staggered that you are genuinely staggered that some people have an opinion different to yours that a striker, not necessarily a world class striker, could be in the position to score goals.
I would have preferred a Vardy or an Ings ( in their prime) from the premier league than having a Torres on the bench.
They may not be guaranteed a starting place every week but I think they would have put away the 2 chances Foden had in the first half.

I love the fact barriers were deliberately put in place to kill us from the start, but here we are, out of the quagmire, playing great, right where we need to be.

Take care now of the games against Brighton, Burnley and Palace, we will start to see us move through the gears.

Imagine if we had beaten Southampton.

We are in a tremendous position considering how tough a start to the season we were handed. We are playing some amazing stuff and considering KDB and Foden are really only just getting fit, things look very very good for us.

What barriers? The supposed, random fixture list?

Was such a stitch up,the fact weve played 4 away out of 7 games spurs, leicster, chelsea, liverpool and are where we are ,means we are right on point,

No.

It staggers me that people do not realise that even those who manage 20 goals in a premier league season do so from a 100 opportunities.

The deliberate placement of those two most recent league aways around a CL midweek as well. And a CL midweek when we were always likely to face the second seed away from home

Some pundits forget a team has only 11 players on the pitch at any one time. Yes, a goal-hanging striker would score plenty but the number of chances created would be far less with fewer people working their nuts off for the team.

A hard working, team-orientated top class striker is another matter though.

I thought KdB looked a long way off full fitness and way below his best. This bodes really well for when he is on top form.
