Hughes is to blame

Hughes only solution during the game seems to be to stand on the line shouting "hey more dynamic"...whatever that means. He has to be one of the worst managers in my 50 years of watching City...and there have been a few.

This is the most nonsensical post i have ever seen on here. there has been a few, some of them mine.

His opinion is not 'nonsensical' - even if you don't agree with it.

Its nonsensical to suggest he is the worst manager in 50 years.

If I THINK you are the worst poster bluemoon has ever seen ( which I don't btw), how is that nonsensical? It's just my opinion.

Because we have had a load of crap managers.

I don't disagree with you, mate. But the poster is actually saying that, in his opinon, Hughes is ONE of the worst we have had. He is not saying that Hughes is THE worst manager we have had.

You might not not think the same, but that doesn't make his opinion 'nonsensical'

I think Sven is one of the worst managers we have had at the club.

(that should stir things up a bit, I'm off for some dinner with the missus, will check in on hate PM's tomorrow.... ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

" As for Hughes and blame well who else is to blame for the bloody awful mess we make of defending set-pieces if it isn't the manager and coaches? "

Hmm how about the individual defender who knows exactly what his job is ( because of what happens in training ) but then decides to get it very wrong in a match. That sadly is what Ned did today. Ned has been great for ages but he made a big mistake today and he knows it.
Was it the manager's fault for not realising he was going to make this mistake and not dropping him!

Its opinion versus fact here, nonsensical can only relate to fact. Excuse my geekish undertones but the point we're all skating around is that Hughes is probably not the worst manager in 50 years (Ball (RIP), Clark, Coppell, Frizzell...). We HAVE to stick with him, otherwise we put back our hopes another 5 years.
