You're an embarrassment Mike. I don't whether to laugh at your, or feel sorry for you. You have no clear cut argument other than "I don't like Mark hughes...wah wah wah....*sob* *sob* *sob*....I hate him I hate him I hate him...."

Call yourself a supporter? I'd call you an anti-supporter.

Thats bollox Billy just becuase I'm not as niave to believe someone who's been here 5 minutes as opposed to player who has lead the club been crowned player of the year 4 times on the bounce. The clear arguments is who do you believe in?

But lets not rock the boat because all is great we've spent a boat load of money and everything is gonna be just fine and if its not we'll throw more money at it.

Okay Bill lets go through Hughes has achievements whilst managing our the club, give me something to be positive about.

Fuck sake mate listen your yourself.

You also miss the point. It's not the fact the the club paid him handsomely. That's not Dunne's fault, that's football's. You may earn sh*t loads compared to someone else. that's just the job you're in.

He built his career here. His built an affinity with the fans who voted HIM player of the year, year after year. I daresay I think he have given his bit to charity if he had got his testimonial a la Big Quinny, but now we'll never know.

I think he became spiteful, as spurned people do, in this 'loyalty' argument.

i believe you will find i said i didnt begrudge him the money, how do we know he would give money to charity? and even if he did it's our money anyhow not his. you also conveniently state that he has an affinty with the fans but ignore how all this crap is hardly helping the club which affects the fans he claims to love

i personally dont begrudge sportsman, actors whoever earning good money its when they start moaning that it pisses me off, if the manager doesnt think he is good enough tough shit he is not a 17 yr old who would be worried that his careers over. maybe if he sat back and thought that it might be down to numerous own goals, sendiings off, having the turning ability of an aircraft carrier he might accept that his own performances have led to this.

if he acted with a bit of class and not like a big baby who's had his toys taken off him then he will get a great reception at coms

Read again what I said about charity.

You say I "conveniently state that he has an affinty with the fans but ignore how all this crap is hardly helping the club which affects the fans he claims to love". So you're claiming he doesn't have a connection with the fans, here? Strange...

The "numerous own goals, sendiings off" are all relative to the amount of years/ games one spends playing a club in defence. It can happen. Ask Mr Carragher on that one. As for "if he acted with a bit of class and not like a big baby who's had his toys taken off him", can we err? Can we not forgive him a raw emotion that he felt at the time? In fact, does it not show that his being 'unproffesional' on the matter, put any 'greedy' notions beyond the pale?

He's clearly still angry, such is his connection. Hardly the sign of a mercenary, is it? And, with the fullness of time, he'll regret his outburst.

I, for one, am prepared to overlook it as he's been at the club longer than any manager I can think of, in recent times.

In my opinion the club showed loyalty to dunne when they gave him chance after chance in his early days with the drink problem. They also showed him loyalty last summer when they gave him a new contract despite him whoring himself around to either force the club to give him the contract or get himself a move away when things were dodgy under Thaksin.

Our owners have got loads of money but they are business men and aren't going to give someone £60k a week to sit on his arse just because he had a few good years a while back when there is an offer in of £6m for him. Accepting Villa's offer was great business for the club and his comments show both bitterness and a lack of respect for the club

No sh*t, Sherlock! Of course he's bitter!

As for the drink problem, didn't Dunney grab the 2nd chance with both hands and re-pay the faith?? What's the point in covering that bit?? As for him "whoring himself around", even I knew Thaksin was going to sell the club, but nobody knew who to. I don't blame him for his alleged actions as I'd have done the same. Thaksin was a complete nutter out of his depth.

If you followed what had happened, you would know this.

By the way, Dunne left. He could have easily sat on his ar*e and played in the reserves for the 60k.

That's interesting that you think that no player can be emotionally tied to a club, anymore.

X factor, eh? Is that what I watch? You're WAAAAY too ahead of the game for me, fella. I give up to a fellow of greater thinking.

Baa-aa...

Wel he got rid of Dunne, made money on him, and brought in two far better CHs and a Captain who knows the meaning of the word not a bad start
