There you go again. After somebody whose opinion differs to yours, Mr Sheep Leader!

What was wrong with Mike D's agreement with citoeast's post??

i think the problem bigga is that mike wants hughes to fail at all costs, he is embarrassing himself now.

mike, he's our manager, fucking get used to it.

Fair enough, if that's what you think, but I was asking a question about a specific topic. I didn't know of the assumption. Saying that, though, I'm surprised Shears hasn't said a similar thing to me, yet.

You know, the 'anti Hughes' thing, which I'm sure he's dying to type out...

You're an embarrassment Mike. I don't whether to laugh at your, or feel sorry for you. You have no clear cut argument other than "I don't like Mark hughes...wah wah wah....*sob* *sob* *sob*....I hate him I hate him I hate him...."

Call yourself a supporter? I'd call you an anti-supporter.

Mr Sheep Leader? LOL.

Mike D is high on rhetoric and low on intellect and objectivity. Much like your good self...

Time for the naysayers to wait for something bad to ACTUALLY happen before crying about the sky falling....

In my opinion the club showed loyalty to dunne when they gave him chance after chance in his early days with the drink problem. They also showed him loyalty last summer when they gave him a new contract despite him whoring himself around to either force the club to give him the contract or get himself a move away when things were dodgy under Thaksin.

Our owners have got loads of money but they are business men and aren't going to give someone £60k a week to sit on his arse just because he had a few good years a while back when there is an offer in of £6m for him. Accepting Villa's offer was great business for the club and his comments show both bitterness and a lack of respect for the club

No sh*t, Sherlock! Of course he's bitter!

As for the drink problem, didn't Dunney grab the 2nd chance with both hands and re-pay the faith?? What's the point in covering that bit?? As for him "whoring himself around", even I knew Thaksin was going to sell the club, but nobody knew who to. I don't blame him for his alleged actions as I'd have done the same. Thaksin was a complete nutter out of his depth.

If you followed what had happened, you would know this.

By the way, Dunne left. He could have easily sat on his ar*e and played in the reserves for the 60k.

i wish people would stop using words like repaying the faith, they did pay him, it was his job to play football for us, live in the real world

also your saying he was loyal but wanted to leave when things looked dodgy under thaksin, i think you are not aware of what the word loyalty means

'Loyalty' means staying put. Did he not do so?? Or did I imagine him playing for, last season??

And, yes, it was his JOB to play for us, I agree. So why does it bother you what he was paid to do his job?? That IS the real world. You just can't accept that.

It's called 'envy'. Let it go.

are you being stupid on purpose where the hell did i say i was bothered that he was getting paid, i dont mind opposing views but why make things up, and it was known that he was after a transfer under thaksin but accepted and larger contract from us that isnt loyalty.

are you saying city should keep players who have been here for years even if the manager doesnt think they are good enough? what the hell is peoples problem with city selling a player who has been here for a while? every club has done it, its a professional club and these decisions get made all the time its not the end of the world

Petty. Sums you up recently though...no sweat mate. I've had my say enough. You just sound increasingly bitter. Even the "ooh I'm so much smarter than you" act is failing you. I suggest you give the footballing board a break...

I've never read so much eloquent garbage in three pages of a bluemoon thread, than I have on the previous three pages.

Richard Dunne should have kept his mouth firmly shut. Opening his mouth and slagging off any part of MCFC shows a level of bitterness and ignorance I would never had expected from the man.

He was shit last season. And if I had been in Mark Hughes' shoes, my quotes would've been closer to - "we replaced Dunne because he wasn't good enough to play in a side who want to challenge for the top prizes. Maybe he is a little angry at himself for not rising to the challenge last season, and is taking it out on Garry Cook and the club. He should maybe have respected the fact that City were the club who had stood by him when his drinking problem was threatening to drown his career, and not lashed out in such a bitter and personal attack. Especially when, in the end, it was him who signed a contract at Villa. Not Garry Cook, or myself..."

Dear Billy, you probably did not notice but the whole team, yes the whole team was shit last year.

Stevie Ireland I hear you cry was the sole exception, as an Individual; but as a Team we were pretty well shit.

which is why we signed lots of new players, your point is what exactly?

If your face dont fit in with the plans then your gone. The thing we know how bad all the back 4 played at times last season yet there are still players from that back 4 still playing who were by far worst than Dunne last season. Yet Dunne was the easy person to pick and put the blame on. I think Dunne would of been well up for the battle for places but it just wasn't to be which is a shame as he deserved a chance that the other defenders got.
