Hull (a) Post Match Thread

class told in the end, nothing much more to say than that

time to focus on liverpool, a significant game in my opinion

Bobby completely changed the mentality of the club, players, fans AND OPPONENTS.

He restored our pride & identity, rammed the rags back into their box, faced the GPC down live on tv in front of a massive world wide audience.

Bought world class players.....Yaya,David,Kun. Was denied others who would have taken us to the next level....Hazzard,Sanchez,Van PissPot,Javie Martinez,de Rossi.

Beat the rags at Wembers, won the cup & Championship.....oh sick swan & the Vincent 'park the bus derby'.

Thank you Bobby....Forza Mancini.

And there are DVDs available for those unwilling to join us in the present.

It was a good result and our current manager deserves more credit than some fallacy about an old one.

Anyway, anyone who wants a discussion can PM as I doubt there's a platform for it here.

The OS commentary from the highlights: "Sterling crosses and that'll go down as an own goal!"

The MotD commentary: "Oh, Hull don't deserve that!"
They absolutely did deserve it. The fuckers deserved fuck all from that game. Sick of hearing 'the scoreline was tough on Hull'. Wankers done fuck all but put players behind the ball.

We invited pressure on us in the second half and they still couldn't make it count.

Why is it that we deserve to lose when we can't take our chances but dominate (Chelsea reaction springs to mind) whereas it's really unfortunate when a shite team manages to threaten us for five minutes but then get comfortably beaten?

Definitely deserved. I do not understand the support teams get against us, for packing men behind the ball and then trying to hit the big man up front with a hopeful punt. Is that a style that we want to see?

We are and will face it more and more but there is no joy in watching. The commentary on our games is embarrassing sometimes.

First of all, we won 3-0 so dry your fucking eyes.

Second of all, Mancini is a bang average manager who happened to be the right guy for us at a specific time. He had as many glaring weaknesses as he did strong points and has achieved next to fuck all since leaving.

Sorry if that sounds harsh but it's the truth. The sooner you and others accept it, the sooner we can stop hearing the nostalgic fantasies of grown men who think he's part unicorn.

He was wasn't he - damn you have quashed my dreams :)

Delighted we kept s clean sheet and added to our GD. Sterling is becoming a huge player for us.

Huge player you can see the fear from defenders when he gets the ball. Pep made a big difference to his game and given him more confidence. Had a little lul and Pep demanded more which he provided.
