I dont hate Hughes either. Doesn't make him a good manager though. ;)

If we draw or beat chelsea not all should be forgotten, to some people it will be but it shouldn't be like that, 1 result shouldn't change everything, you can win a game one week against a class team and the next wele lose against a shit one at the bottom, if we beat chelsea it won't change my views on hughes in anyway at all.

Thats because you and others have been against him since day one on the basis that he was 'a rag'. It has pained you that we had a great start and the anti Hughes feelings subsided, now you see another chance to destabilise the club and manager again.
FACTS
1) We are currently in 6th position
2) If we win our game in hand (not guaranteed I know, but not impossible) we are 1 point of tottenham in 3rd.
3) On Wednesday we have the chance to reach our first major semi final since 1981.
4) SO are you telling me in all honesty in July 2009 you would not have accepted MCFC being potentially 1 point off third place and a home tie versus Arsenal reserves away from a semi final by early December??
If not, then some people need a very serious reality check.

i have never ever looked at hughes and related him to being an ex-scum player, that doesn't bother me one little bit, i couldn't care less who he played for or what he did, i'm bothered about what he does for this team, and at the end of the day he can't do it, end of.

So where should we be? are you not happy with being potentially one point off third place and a game away from league cup semi? Should we not judge hughes when we have played the game in hand and the 1/4 final??
