For TangerineSteve.

Great motor,perfect for a taxi.
Loads of room,4 cases in the boot no problem.
AND THE FRONT LIGHTS.....
So easy to change. :)
Anyone else got a "lower class" car like me.

as if.

wouldn't be seen dead. rather be a rag.

I can fit 5 asylum seekers into my skoda estate.

Only 5? I reckon I could get 6 in the back, 2 in the passenger seat, 2 clinging to the chassis, and maybe 3 in the boot. That's at least 13 right there, in a hatchback.

Well, there HAVE been rumours!

My Superb Elegance 1.8 TSI Auto is booked in for it's MOT/service next week. No problems with it at all over the past 3 years.
It is part of the VAG, as is SEAT and Bentley, and even with my daughter's staff discount, I won't be changing up to a Continental GT3 - R for a while.

Im considering a skoda yeti. Alternatives such as the VW Tiguan, Nissan Quasqai or Kia sportage seem very similar in all areas other than £££

The Yeti is excellent. I looked at all those cars plus the BMW X3 and similar sized Audi. Preferred the Yeti to all of them.

They are indeed Superb cars nowadays, TTT, however, I spent some years in the motor trade, and when salesmen saw these come into the dealership, driven buy some mug who wanted to unload it in PX, they melted away like snow in summer. Along with Lada, Polski Fiat, and sundry other commie built shite, they certainly held their own, in shiteness. I was once asked to value one and the punter opened the drivers door and it promptly dropped on the forecourt, they didn't have speedometers, they had calendars, and you'd be better served using stout working boots out of the door and dragging them on the tarmac than using the brakes, they were fucking deadly.
These new ones are basically VW's and are indeed superb. Someone asked earlier about the Yeti, I know a bloke whose Mrs drives a Range Rover Evoque, and he says he prefers his Yeti, although he could be bullshitting.

Well; that's a lie straight off. No self respecting asylum seeker (or even one with no self respect) would want to be seen in the same postcode as a Skoda, never mind (horror of horrors) actually being spotted sat in one.
