Fully agree with comments about the lack of goals / cautious defense approach. Unless we score 4 tomorrow then Bolton, West Brom and Ian Holloways Tangerine Army would've put more in the back of the net than we did after 8 games.

You're crazy, Liverpool will NOT finish in the top six, what do you base that on ?
they are rubbish this season, yes they have good players but they have no spirit,
no will to win. They'll get a boost maybe from having new owners but as soon as
they realise those owners are not able to spend they will sink again. As for the rags
being a top two side, then you are definitely delusional, I'm guessing you haven't
actually watched them this season. Instead of trying to destroy City fan's
belief you should be bigging your own team's chances of a top four finish.

I think Chelsea need to hit a massive rung of injuries and then yes, we can win the league. We can edge out all the rest imo.

Your point was well proved at Villa without Drogba, Lampard etc. Though Chelsea were more dominant, Villa had the better chances, and they aren't world beaters.

And the much-lauded Kakuta is absolutely fucking terrible. They will suffer due to lack of squad depth.

As for the Spuds fan who thinks Liverpool will be top 6 - get real fella, they are now a poor side, you're being influenced by the name.

Nothing against you personally mate but my ire towards you lot goes back to 81 when once again the gods were with you - then there´s 93 QF (we were shite and deserved it) and finally last season. Apart from the 3-4 in the 4th round of the cup we STILL IMO have some fookin ghosts to exorcise with you lot and I won´t feel much different until we do - and some!!
Then there´s your manager - a character of shall we say "dubious scruples" A coont who systematically tapped up and raped our club (James, Berkovich, Cole & Distin) coz he saw us as a bit of a distressed asset at the time.
