I hope youre all happy

I'm not reading all this but you say you stole nothing, i'm sure you said you stole a milky bar on the other thread :|
Anyway even if you did none of you should have been banned for it, and regarding it being seen on here by the club that may be the case because i know they read it as i know people who do it but it won't have helped you that it was in so many papers

its not rocket science is it? the dibble would of passed the details onto the club
Not unless hey were charged or it's a breach of the data protection act, hence something is fishy here.

Its not a breach of data protection, information obviously was changed hands because of public safety and for obvious reasons if an offence took place, football hooligans get banned regardless of whether they get convicted of assault for example.

I'm pretty sure its standard procedure for the clubs to be made aware of all parties involved if a crime was commited and like in the working world you can be provisionally suspended whether you commited the offence or not its a precaution. Those proven innocent will be fine, those proven guilty won't.

so in the meantime the supporter involved gets banned for say 8 matches at a cost to him of say £300 will the club contribute to the loss of the inocent?

if i was innocent;i would not have given my name to the police;then fletcher would not have my details.

Don't know, i don't work for the club so who knows what their policy is on it, i'm just saying from the clubs point of view they don't know who's innocent and who's guilty at the moment hence the reason they've banned all of them. All the fans involved can do is get in touch with the club see what can be done.

That is the saddest thing I have ever had the displeasure to read in my life. Just because you have had a few beers it means you have a license to do anything, as long as it is not robbing a bank. Theft is theft no matter how much you want to try and excuse it!!

For the innocent on the coach, I have great sympathy and I am sure if they speak to the club they will be OK. However, what I cannot understand is the sympathy for fellow (so called) pals who did commit the crime. Dont blame the club!! Blame Them!! they are the reason the innocent ones are suspended!!

Cant believe they have the authority to ban you...Innocent till proven guilty?..
At Sunderland I got a bus and only knew one other...I was pissed, but not half as bad as some others...how the hell can you all be grouped the same as people you never met before

just to add MCFC or shall i say fletcher are completley out of order, the correct procedure should be arested, charged, court, guilty then banned from the club not arested banned charged inocent
