anyone with these proplems should go to the football supporters asociation they even have solicitors who will fight your case out of the funds

If you haven't been charged with theft, then MCFC cannot ban you. If you have a season ticket then call them and make sure they know you will sue them for libel if not retracted asap.
Simple, at worst you'll get your money back and an apology.

it is correct and i beleive the op 100% the letter he worded in his post is exactly the same letter word for word that my son got,this twat wont even take your call he likes it in black and white on his desk

what doesn't make sense is how the club know who they are

neither of the three letter bearers have answered this

There are loads of ways that the club could get hold of them.
