Why is nobody commenting on his likely ban given what the referee has allegedly said about the Barton incident?

Every team needs 4 top strikers. His wages are high because he is an amazing footballer and i will never forgive him for jogging off for half the season but nothing changes the fact that there is really no other player like him on earth.
