Ian Curtis: An Unlikely Manchester City Supporter

Can someone please explain to me who this Curtis person is? Is he well-known? (Not to me he's not)

He was the singer for a band called Joy Division mate, very very good band.

Thought it was about 81 but i was probably about 7 at the time so too young to remember.

It's a good book, but it clearly has a stamp of the woman scorned on it in patches

I heard about it walking past the Physics building on Brunswick Street on the way to one of my finals

His ashes are in Macclesfield Crematorium, very simple stone with his name and the words "Love Will Tear Us Apart" on there...sad loss.

right....Warsaw 76-78,Joy Division 78-80.... Closer was my favorite record those days.....
