Just seen this on the bbc site

Manchester City join Real Madrid in the chase to sign Paris St-Germain and Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, 31.

Unfortunately the source is in French so I cant read the whole article

Just seen this post and wondering why its not in the Transfer Forum...

Re: New Striker - Zlatan Ibrahimovic ?

If only we had a separate forum to discuss transfers.

A transfer forum, if you will.

Would take him in a heartbeat!! Still a beast of a player. And knows where the back of the net is! Make it happen city!!!!

So if Dzeko goes we would have below:
Stevan Jovetic , Alvaro Negredo, Ibra, Aguero which is an upgarde on last season..........which is great strike force imo.....Aguero and Ibra would start in premier league and Champions league and Negredo taking care of FA/Carling/League cups...Jovetic depends where they would play him , but also looks to be surety in our first team

Highly suspect he'd cause problems and would make Mario look like a saint when he was with us. On a purely football mindset he'd be a phenomenal signing. Overall package you'd have to turn down though.
