That is by personal choice though, not enforced.That's not the point I'm making. If people are upset about this then why would they willingly divulge private information about themselves on the internet? Privacy is now uncared for by many people.
Also when we are all told it's £100 to get your ID and they put a time limit on its validity and further payments for new ones every 5 or 10 years, it will be just another con on the public masked as protecting us.
Introduce a basic plastic ID card with name, D.OB. photo I aint arsed, any chipped or biometric ones I have a passporot for that already
