Some young ones would be Jurgen Klopp of Borussia Dortmund or Andre Villas Boas of Porto.

The former of which tore Mancini's team to shreds in Germany.
or some one whos prepared to play attacking football...

Yes. That's why I suggested Klopp and Villas Boas.

Klopp, Dortmund-- 12 games. Goals for 29, against 7. 1st place.
Villas Boas, Porto-- 10 games. Goals for 25, against 4. 1st place.

There is better out there.

HARRY REDKNAPP.

You were probably joking but I think he would be a good choice.
Theres no doubting hes a top manager, just look at spurs. He knows how to deal with the press and he might even bring a couple of spurs players with him.
He knows how to play good attacking football.

Harry gets my vote.

Alright; seeing as the OP is ruing out Mourinho and Hiddink.... Jol, Van Gaal, Pellegrini, Rijkaard or Ranieri (under-rated job he did at Chelsea).

I assume Rijkaard was there as a joke.

Was dreadful at Galatasaray whom he left near the bottom of the league.

Unheard of.

Mancini just has to go first, I'd be happy with that for starters.

i would'nt say city fans are impatient after shiek mansour took over but by fcuk we deserve better football thats on offer, and only now have i started to doubt mancini,so where do we go now....

If Bobby goes I would assume the Board will pick a manager who would bring a change in the way we do things.

Joachim Lowe

If Bob gets the bullet there is only one man for the job at this stage...

Guus Hiddink.

No probs getting him out of Turkey job.

perhaps we are just following the script, keep in touch with spuds and not traditional top 4 sides like chelski, arse or rags. the red scouse are coming back to claim the top 4, so we have it back, the tradiitonal TOP 4 for the league.
Live with it, even the best manager in the world would not win City the title.
CTID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was a true believer myself, still support the manager. I think he can win.

It's the needless dressing room antagonism combined with ugly football and ugly results.

The only manager that I could accept is Hitzfeld.

My dad (RIP) never forgave him for taking Matthaeus off in the dying minutes of the 1999 Champions League Final where Munich were dominaing United and were leading 1:0.

He takes Matthaeus off who controlled the game... and I think we all remember what happened next.

No thanks.
