If we sign nobody else at all... can we all just agree?

This pretty much sums it up for me too!
Whoa two people in the last week I've pretty much summed it up for, I think I'll stop while I'm ahead.

Who am I kidding, I'm addicted to this bloody site, I blame recently giving up cigs and the green stuff and filling the void with BM, oh well better this than porn or pies, struggling with latter damn I've done some eating today!

Sack Bellend and Richards and I would agree with you....oh and we could do with a decent manager....

Why does he not support city ? , cos he said somat you don't agree with.....I happen to think we have a top 4 squad if only we had a half decent manager, is that ok to say, or am i not a City fan either....

Bellamy hasn't put a foot wrong for us so far......

He's rarely put a foot out for us either, he's more injury prone than the crock relegated newcastle gave to united, a poor signing in terms of value for money (ie games).

Way too early to make that evaluation. His scoring rate was superb in the games he played. He clearly had superior pace and power than Owen last season.

So he was definately worth £14 mill then ,, or whatever it was...

What was ambiguous about "way too early to make that evaluation?"

totally agree with this post , been going for 32 years and this is the best ive ever felt, would be nice if we had another center half and 20-30 goal a season striker to sustain what we can achieve.the 30 point gap weve been behind the top 2-3 for god knows how many years will be narrowed down significantly this season.i bet there are more worried fans of the so called big 4 than there is of us.........onwards and upwards. Also id like anyone to come up with a realistic reason to be downbeat about the coming season..

Nothing, but we had him for 1/2 a season, and he played less than 1/2 of that, and if you check recent seasons that pattern repeats regularly.

Good player when fit, but there is the key "when fit". Poor signing for me.

He may end up being bad value - but Newcastle would be still up if he hadn't played and scored a cracking goal. You have to admit, that's worth a lot in itself.
