IMO, Mancini should stay regardless of an FA Cup win or otherwise - we wouldn't get better and even if it were possible then whoever came in would be stuck with RM's squad because we can't splash out to rebuild at this juncture.
The upset would be a disaster so lets have some continuity and allow Roberto to bring his younger players on and develop his log term plan.
IMO (and I stress the IMO part) he's a truly great manager and much loved by the thousands who sing his name at every game.
