if you could sign 1 winger in the summer

Honestly, I'd take Nani in a heartbeat. I'm a huge fan of his, all the more since most United fans seem to dislike him.

Hulk is another option I don't hear very often.

I don't know if Neymar classifies as a winger but if he does, I would like him.

so, just 1?

Nani.

For me, it has to be Alexis Sanchez. He is a fairly realistic option too - Bale will be too expensive, Levy is a pain to negotiate with. Neymar will not want to live in Manchester when he has the option of playing for Barca, best team in the world and play with players like Messi, Xavi and Iniesta on a regular basis. On top of that he would live in a beautiful city. Sanchez is extremely fast and can make some real good runs. He would also seamlessly fit in with City's play. Barca may want to keep him though, despite not scoring as often, he has been playing much better recently than earlier this season.

Thank God City didn't pay the reported 40 Million for him two years ago.

Should've signed Lavezzi in the summer..
Why? We got Sinclair!!!!!
Joking aside I'm wouldn't be too fond of trying to negotiate with Napoli.

He was sold for around 25 Million, which is not very bad deal imo.

Rather confused that Neymar would prefer the climate and culture of Barcelona over Manchester, whereas Sanchez would not be bothered.
