Ilkay Gundogan - 2019/20 Performances

There’s a chronic lack of energy in midfield whenever he plays. It’s not all his fault as he’s often partnered alongside Silva or Rodri, but he’s part of the problem.

I’d let Gundog, Zinchenko and Otamendi all leave this summer and replace them with players with pace and energy.
 
He has this uncanny ability to demand the person he passes it backwards to, pass it forward immediately. Even if they pass it back to him.

anyone that makes David Silva worse or doubt that he should be in the team is a HUGE fucking problem

Gundogan from day one has flattered to deceive and while the injuries maybe the reason there is no room for sentiment in football - he aint good enough for the us in this league - sell hm to Itlay or german league asap

When he plays we suffer and its consistently this way
 
I really dislike Gundogan as a player, always have always will. Doesn’t fit into our system, slows things down in my opinion. He’s got ability just not our type IMO. Have said it for years
