ill for Christmas

I thought I'd had it rough over the last 3 months - all my right foot toes amputated in November- but I've now got to take a course of picolax to get my bowels moving for my dialysis. At least it will cure my cough - I won't dare (ka boom tish). Then it's just a few hours to fit in at MRI for a couple of units of blood so I won't be as knackered over the festive period.
Christmas - it's bollocks.

Dettol 5ml mixed with 250 ml boiled water left to cool. A 30 second gargle twice daily and all shall be well. Also hand gel at every juncture and keeping your distance from your fellow man. If close quarter nuances are required then the use of a good quality face mask such as the K95 is an absolute god send.

When we are dancing we use Harley n95 respiteriry face masks model number L-188 that are especially good for disco and house music. Non Shall Pass:
