Had a fever for last couple of days then bad chest set in. My Chest infection is definitely viral so antibiotics no good, luckily I’ve a stockade of Zapain. Helps with the fever and the chest pains. Vicks vapour rub in hot water to steam my head works wonders for the decongestion and some Sudafed with the zapain.

My chest is a lot more comfortable now.

I’ll probably have a drop or two. I don’t feel bad apart from the occasional coughing fit but it seems better than it was
