Lion without doubt.
A Gorilla can stand on it's feet easier and has the ability to grab you with one hand let alone 2. The Lion can't really grab and needs all legs on the floor at most times. The Gorilla also has the ability to reach around and grab you if you got on it's back. Where as a lion can't
You could then go for the eyes. Pull them out and the lion is useless if you run away.
Plus a lions skull is week. I saw it on QI I think. If a Lion or Gorilla ever though, the Gorilla wins every time.

Screwing the eyes is no good. Can't lions smell prey from like a mile away? Poke it in the eyes and it'll just take one sniff of the massive amounts shit you've no doubted spurted and launch itself in this direction and break you spine with one of it's paws (I saw it do this to a Zebra on some wildlife show. I think Zebra's have stronger backs than us).

I would go for the gorilla, for the following reasons:
a) I don't stand a chance against either.
b) Lions eat people, gorillas do not.
So I'm hoping that once I have been dispatched of and I'm unconscious, the gorilla may no longer see me as a threat and leave. The lion would eat me.
