as a football newb, can someone be so kind to explain the difference between in swingining, and, im assuming the opposite being... out swinging? forgive my newness ;)

Always thought corners are overrated and lead to few goals. They often leave you short at the back too.



City should use corners just to retain possesion and shape.

Would be interested to know how many people would have preferred an inswinger with our free-kick right at the death. Whipped in at chest height with pace from Navas or Milner.

It isn't so much about one type being better than the other, just vary them rather than sticking with the same one all the time.

It's all about who takes the corner and who is in the box to meet it. For me, Kolarov should be taking every single one.
