Inbred towns

Aberdare. I'm from a notorious shithole but Aberdare makes anywhere seem like Mayfair in comparison.

Who in here is saying people Middlesbrough are inbred? You cunts. Me and my Dad(also my brother) will be round to fuck you all up.

Cunts

I live in banbury, thankfully my mum is from London and dad is from greater Manchester, so I deny having any banbury blood in me . I'm pretty sure it got voted number one most boring town in England a few months back in some news paper .

The locals here have the worst accent ever . It only tends to be the older ones that have it though as there is such a big over spill from London etc that its thankfully killin off that accent . It kind of sounds like 'get dayn tayn nay tu spend a paynd' as in 'go down town to spend a pound'. My missus is from Mansfield and she also isn't keen on the place.

I guess it's an ok'ish place with the best part being its right on the m40 and it apparently has one if the lowest unemployment rates in England, so has a fair bit of industry. It's just got the small town mentality and the people really fook me off .

The most inbred place I have ever visited (and I've been to Chorley) is in the US - Ahoskie, NC. Went to visit a plant there a couple of years ago. At the end of the safety training course the instructor said "and, if you're not local, it's best if you 're out of town by 9 p.m."

This is a part of the local councils mission statement "As a rural community that relies heavily upon its faith based and family oriented communities, as well as its heritage, Ahoskie embraces the diversity of all its citizens. Through the development of quality services, the Town of Ahoskie will work diligently to pursue service delivery that will be cost effective and efficient - Town Friendly - while maintaining the requirements of all local Ordinances, State and Federal Laws."

I do remember that chippy. Know a lot of the boozers in and around Newark. Some nice villages surrounding it especially around Southwell. Newark can be a bit lively in town of a weekend, which is not untypical for a market town tbh. Banbury is the same.
The legendary Ceasers Palace ,what a place ?
I've always quite liked edgy places: rough pubs, iffy nightclubs.

I'm sure Richard Bailey (who you may have heard of, along with his brothers) had a club in Newark at some point in the early 90's which had a bit of a rep. Can't remember what it was called mind.
It was just called The Club ,just round the corner from Ram's kebab house before Newark even knew what a kebab was.Or at least that's what everyone called it wast the little place just past the castle rounabout. Then down the road was a great little place called The Cavern Bar .Newark wasn't rough ,just a town full of wannabe's who were completely lost every time they stepped out of it .

They all shopped from one clothes shop lol,Masdings with it's conveyor belt of striped Henry Lloyd shirts, especially the Bath Panels (Briggs-Price) .Ha ha that's what one of the local crews used to call them, quite funny .

That's right "The Club".

Newark's certainly not rough compared to inner-city areas in Manchester, Birmingham etc. I would say the scrapping was more frequent but far less vicious than in the big cities.

Exactly, even that time they'd had enough of the gypsies( round about 2001) and took a little crew down the lane after a heavy session to sort it,including a 70 year old Irish local. So fuckin funny !
