Hughes is presiding over a disfunctional squad, full on infighting, players who dislike him and players who have been so affected by his management that they have their heads on their chests on are shadows of their former selves.

This is a situation that those masters of being a disruptive, one dimensional, disciplinarian, ridiuclous charicature of a manager,Souness and Ball could only dream of engineering in such a small amount of time.

Even they took longer than this to turn their squads into bitter, disfunctional, ineffective areas thanks to their pathetic, outdated personalities.

The funny thing is though. This situation that he has allowed and encouraged to develop - its his one and only excuse for his reign being completely shit.

He is a busted flush and an outdated clown trying to live out Fergie's career.

Unfortunately for him it's not the 1960s and he isn't starting out at Queen of the South managing Jock McHoof or wherever he moved around to.

He's managed to get the supporters at each others throats too :-(

Hes going to the press to let the fans know the shit he has to deal with. Because some fans think its the managers fault again . As a player he gave his all the arrogant fucker and thats what he expects and if you see the best british managers all expect the same and nothing else

That article is just a complete rip off almost word for word as the article in last nights MEN by Chris Bailey. He should do that Herbert fella for plagarism

You seem to be under the impression that the manager is not responsible for ensuring that there is a harmony in the camp and that they have a healthy and effective working environment where people flourish rather than go backwards.

After all, your hero himself was at great pains to inform us during the summer that he would ensure that Carrington was the perfect place to engineer a crack team at from Day 1 of his regime, by implementing his ingenius ideas that were apparently beyond the capacity of the previous regime.

Hung by his own petard, I believe.

It should be sorted out for the good of the club.

If they dislike each other for what ever reason it should not effect there commitment to City, If it does then they should go.

At the moment the way half of them are playing Elano should be in the starting 11.

I don't know the answer to this. Perhaps you should ask the person responsible for ensuring that situations like this don't develop. A Mr M Hughes.
