Its nothing to do with the 90s, because I'd be more scared of Swales, Ball and a lot of others who were actually involved with the club at the time.
Neville like Rio weren't bellyaching in January when they thought a united led by the Glaziers could win the league.
But why is anyone arsed about what Neville and Rio want? I couldn't really give a toss what they want to be perfectly honest.

I just want what's best for City.

If what's best for City aligns with what's best for Gary Neville, I don't really understand what people are shitting themselves about.

Its not whats best for City though, its whats best for Sky & united

Well at the moment there is far too much influence in FA, PL, UEFA and FIFA from people with conflicts of interest, David Gill, Parry etc.

Football has been left to govern itself, and the FA in particular has been called "Unreformable" by its former head Greg Dyke.

The clear abuse of power and conflict of interest was seen in its starkest light with UEFA's appalling "investigation" in to City's FFP affairs last year.

Football has shown it is unable to govern itself, there are too many snouts in the trough, and too many self-serving pigs in positions of influence making decisions in the interests of their club at the expense of clubs like City.

The only hope is for independent governance to be forced upon football. And that's what this petition is asking for.

It's not some trojan horse white paper to give United a by to the CL Final as some are suggesting. If anything, it's the exact opposite.

It's asking for the government to intervene and put governance in place that is independent and free from conflicts of interest.
The naive shall inherit the earth

When did Gary Neville suddenly become the force for deciding what's right and good for the game in this country ? He has a Sky platform and it seems that everyone is swallowing everything he's saying without questioning his motives or his level of expertise in these matters.
