Individual Match Tickets

This is a fucking shambles, I’m getting nowhere slowly. Invalid URL message and getting papped back into (an albeit) much smaller queue.

I’m facing being more skint than usual as both kids are now at Uni so fewer (if any) games might be a blessing but would rather be skint and get my City fix…
 
In 25 minutes, the queue has reduced by 253. There are 42000 ahead of me, which means at the current rate I should get to the front of the queue in mid-August...

Feel like I want to do this to the ticket office
 
I'm back in a queue which is over an hour. Managed to get most homes between now and Jan. Missed out on Utd and WH.

Seriously, the club need to adopt some form of points criteria going forward. Despite revenue they can't keep doing this each year surely?

I think I will just use the FV page later on in the year for all other games.
 
Westham was pretty much sold out when I got in there at just after 10. Either they are dropping loads of tickets later in the season or they are holding them for hospitality.

Noticed that some of the other later games also had terrible availability. Suspect these are being saved for a second drop.

New season, same old ticket admin & support crap.

Who would have thought after a treble winning season there would be an unprecedented demand for tickets to see the team next season – well certainly not our ticket department.

Another shambles as per usual & unfortunately its becoming normalised. The club aren’t short of a few bob & drastically need to plough some money in both ticket system development & resource. Heads would roll in other sector organisations & I can’t see much changing in the foreseeable future.

I’m no expert but even I would have perhaps thought in sandbox stress testing the ticket site for a possible scenario of xxx amount users trying to access & use the site. They would have known then if it would break & either try to fix in advance or as suggested by previous posters stagger the release of tickets via a points criteria in order to minimise the ticket website load.
