Yes but the player can say, “I can’t play”The manager picks the team, he was clearly injured

No he won't. We'll just finish as high as we can and go again next season, like we have done every other time we've not won the title.Makes us missing out on Kane and having no plan B even more shambolic now. If we don't win the league this year Txiki will have blood on his hands!
Was wondering the same. We’ve been screwed by Belgium several times with KDB & now Spain. They must be held responsible surely. Why didn’t they scan before playing our players with injuriesNot sure how we can do it but surely player contracts should have some clause that it is the players risk to play with a known injury at International level.
Probably this exists on our player insurance so why not at International level. Perhaps it does?

And vinny , i recall pellers writing them a letter at some point and rows with bobby and vinny about itWas wondering the same. We’ve been screwed by Belgium several times with KDB & now Spain. They must be held responsible surely. Why didn’t they scan before playing our players with injuries
England did it with Stones . In fact Stones has only played for England in the past 2 months..Was wondering the same. We’ve been screwed by Belgium several times with KDB & now Spain. They must be held responsible surely. Why didn’t they scan before playing our players with injuries
City need to look at this because the same thing happened with KDB. The player shouldn't be the only one making the call whether to play or not.Torres has to be blamed for insisting on playing that final when he had no conditions and knew it. It isn’t Spain who pays you, kid, it’s City. Older, mature players know enough to prioritize clubs over their national teams. I’ve lost some respect from him and I wonder if Pep too.
Having said this, fuck Jorginho
I think Pep may actually have said 2 to 3 months and he has been known to exaggerate the length of injury lay offs before so it could be more like 4 to 6 weeks. We shall see3 fucking months? Yesterday, it was a "small fracture".
