Get a big towel as you are going to sweat buckets, also try to keep your form rather than doing shitloads of reps but poorly. Cheers pal, yeah said to myself there's no point in doing this if I'm gonna do it half hearted. I ain't a big health food eater and that's my problem, eating too much of the wrong stuff and rarely exercising.
