Insanity work-out

I completed this 6 months ago and was in great shape but then let it slip (curse you pizza) and just started again today and fuck me it's scary how quickly you lose your fitness. My legs are shaking and I feel like throwing up. Gonna keep the weight off this time cos I really don't wanna do this again after this round.

I work out like this guy now, sorts the men from the boys.

I've been doing this workout, although (I don't mind admitting) instead of 3 plate incline press, I've had 3 x 5kg on each side and then dropped down until I'm using just the bar, also I simply can't do more than about 5 chest dips with a weighted belt.

Mate i end up on assisted dips i am that tired haha. Great workout Mike rashid is the man, look at their arm workout im going to try that in the morning.

Just got the full insanity set gunna give this a try. I've recently started Juice Plus and the 6 tablets you take each morning give u so much energy it should make me do that little more. I'm 6ft tall and weigh 19&1/2 stone I was 22 stone but lost over 2 in 4 weeks on Juice Plus. It's time to get fit because at 29 I can't run for 10 sec without having to stop. Searched through the dvds and boy some of them look tough :( I'll probably start in the next day or so.

Is it right to still be hurting two days after the fitness tests? I never feel this bad the day after a weights session or bike ride.

In the test I'm destroying Chris, doing more than twice as many of some moves. And the more I watch Tonya, despite her fake enthusiasm, she'd still get it.

Well...I have just completed the first day of insanity-the fitness test.

Fuck my boots. Sweating isn't the word. I am quite pleased considering I have had a bad back for a while now.I was a bit ashamed of my totals but can only get better
Day 2 tomorrow..Felt seriously fucked after it but got a big rush.

Personally I thought the fitness test was a load of bollocks. I found it hard keeping count after concentrating on the work out. It's so obvious to see if its working. even after the first week you feel so much better. After week 4 I was in the best shape in 6 years. Stopped after week 6 because of an injury at football and still feel great now.

I found day 3 a little easier but still found myself taking a break every now and then. Those globe jumps-fuck me..
Just hope it is going to be worth all the pain.

Have you done the frog jumps yet? They are the ones that used to finish me off

I found insanity moves much easier to do than focus 25 ..

whoever said that focus 25 is like dancing, was spot on!

Definitely. I felt very inadequate after Completing one t25 workout, nice to know other blokes struggle with it! Think it more suited to ladies.

One more core cardio and balance tomorrow, then a rest day, then Month 2!!!!!

Has anyone tried the hip hop abs?

Thinking of giving Focus T25 a try in the next few weeks.
