Is it normal to stop duting some of these workouts. The guys n gals on the video look like machines. They just never seem to stop. I know it says go at your own pace, take a break when needed but was just wondering how others got on...

Unless you are super fit to begin with it is impossible not to stop. Before I started insanity I was very fit form running, so I could keep up, but now am even better. if you are starting from scratch definitely don't be put off by stopping for breaks, you'll improve in no time.

Feel frigging fantastic if I am totally honest and already starting to see the benefits.
Enjoying the rest day today...but looking forward to going at it again tomorrow. The wife is doing it aswell but she is doing it every other day as it is really hurting her.

Seen the advert by chance one morning and thought wow!! Then cropped upon this thread and it has convinced me to give it a go. I had my doubts thinking that it was the usual trashy teleshopping TV which had been over-dramatised by yanks, but by all accounts the feedback on this thread is very positive.
What is the nutrition guide like? Is it going to start costing loads extra for suppliments etc? SHB - You mentioned that you were on the shakes, is that by choice or is it part of the dietary guide?
Really looking forward to doing this and feeling the difference. Realistically what can I expect? I appreciate that you only get out of it what you put in but I'm hoping to reduce the old beer belly and chin at least. I'm also hoping to increase my metabolism, have some definition and maybe improve strength and muscle. I don't expect to have muscles like a bendy bully after 60 days, but certainly to get a bit more out of it than I am doing currently with running a few miles each day.
Also just one piece of advice for anyone looking at buying this. Don't use Wizebuys!! My missus was looking on the internet to see if we could buy it cheaper and found Wizebuys.co.uk selling it for £50 + delivery. Stupidly, I went for it. This was mid-July and I still don't have my goods. The website are not responding to any of my emails, have no number to call and therefore I'm sure it's a con. Luckily my bank are going to get my monies back so I'm going to purchase it from the proper site.

Mayor West said:OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!
Just done the fit test at the start of month 2 followed by max interval circuit. What a complete shock to the system. i thought i was fit now after the first month, but no! That was the hardest thing i have ever done in my life, almost missed entire exercises due to recovering from the last one!
Obviously the fit test before didn't help so it wont be that hard in future, in fact i might just ignore the fit tests from now on, not too bothered about recording improvement. Ps, i don't use the nutrition guide either.

Told you month 2 is pretty hardcore, don't miss the fit tests if possible and try recording results. Luckily I downloaded the deluxe package by mistake so my recovery week was Sports Interval all week so got my head around the hour long workout pretty quick. By the end of this week you'll be pissing it mate and steam rolling towards Week 9.

Not using the nutrition guide mate at all. Don't need to.I have just cut out the shit and have one treat per week. My daily treats are Muller light yogurts..totally fat free, fruit lots and lots of it.
I am taking the protein shakes (Pro Max by Maxi muscle) 3 per day as they help me build muscle as I am a hard gainer pal but they also help my recovery and muscle fatigue.
Costco is where I get it from.
