How weak must my shoulders be then? I struggled like hell to do 3-4 when I started, ok I've improved massively to be able to do 15, but Christ 50-100????
Maybe it was 2 years of pure running and zero weights that just ate away my shoulder muscle.
You called it bang on..my press ups are done morning afternoon and evening..i used to do so much more a few yrs ago but stopped cos of injuries..push ups are awesome for all over strength and core.FantasyIreland said:Mayor West said:50-100 push ups??

I'd definitely recommend training with heavier weights, you should be able to complete at least 20 pressups imo.
I would imagine ,without knowing SHB's physique, that he didnt complete the 50-100 in one set but probably spread over 2 or 3.
Insanity is good for general fitness but i'd use it as a supplement to a good lifting routine, your body will thank you.

I'd suggest the morning, that way you can pay plenty of attention to your nutrition/recovery for the rest of the day, however, its whatever time suits your lifestyle.

I would love to have time for a quick 40 minute blast in the mornings and do split days
