Ireland speaks out [Merged]

Yeah, cause I used the diction of a school child didn't I?!

Jesus. The delusion keeps on coming.

Manchester school children can't even form a coherent sentence. But believe what you will. It seems you've all become very selective with dealing with the truth as it is.

You've replaced two proven quality premiership performers with overpaid foreign mercenaries that could well flop. For example David Silva, good player when football is played at a snails pace. Get in his face like Spurs did and he'll do nothing and cry, next Jose Reyes I reckon.

Like I said. No soul.

Don't get me wrong I think you'll get in the top 4. But is this the way you all really wanted it to be done?

The only thing Ireland has proved in the Premier League is that he doesn't have the attitude(barring 6months) to cut it

'Snails pace' - Villa Translation - On the floor and to feet. unlike your 'quick pace' to Carew with Reo-Joker in mid-field, i know who i'd rather have.

And all this 'no soul'. Can you explain please? Seen as though we brought through more youth players last season than any other team?

Ireland isnt the first player to come out and say these things about RM...tevez, bellay and ned all have said the same thing. Now that is worrying as it leads me to believe that it is actaully true and that RM doesnt have any type of relationship with players. Compare this to ferguson, wenger, etc who old players, ex players etc have said that they have had great working relatinships with players...not to mention redknapp.

I dont blame Ireland one bit for coming out and saying what he has, its clearly the truth as others have said it as well

RM needs to sort this out if we are going to build a team. Its not suprising that some of the players at times dont look like they want to fully play for him...even tevez whose attitude on the pitch is unquestionable seems to have a very frosty relationship with RM and that is even more worrying, cause if players feel this way, offers from other clubs could tempt them

Ireland is clearly gutted about leaving city and i dont blame him at all

If these commetns had been directed about MH a year ago this board would have been full of people demanding change.

I also feel on a footbaling basis that RM has made a hyuge mistake in letting ireland go. We now lack real creativity in central positions.

NO person is bigger than the club...not even the manager and maybe RM needs to "sort his head out" and start to develop relationships with the players for the sake of the club/team. He needs to change the way he does things as well for the sake of the club

ferguson has never shipped out players that have upset him has he !!

No manager gets spoken about fondly by all of his players, not Fergie, not Wenger, not Redknapp. And plenty that have played under Mancini speak very highly of him. But it's no surprise that those deemed surplus to requirements aren't gushing with praise.

I don't think that's the case, but if it is those players need to leave. We must demand a better mentality than twhat from our highly paid players
