Irish Current Affairs.

Today is anniversary of one of the most horrific murders. Patsy Gillespie was kidnapped, strapped to seat of a van full of explosives and told to drive to army checkpoint on this day 1990. Told if he didn't his family would be killed. I know there are daily reminder on both sides of atrocities including anniversary of Shankill bombing the other day. But what this man and his family went through must have been absolutely horrible. It also killed 5 soldiers Thoughts with his family on this day

Feel for the people of NI.

Watching old farts in Stormont fighting old battles whilst the people have no governance that benefits the country.

I suppose their actions have one benefit of uniting the people in being pissed off about it.
