All jokes aside it’s fucking very hard to do. Temper expectations if it’s getting too much. I would still love the league. Anything else is a huge bonus. Especially doing the rags in a final.
This is also the time dreams get crushed…

If we did the treble it would mean we'll have also won three league titles in a row, the two achievements that he thinks make United better than everyone else. He's scared that they aren't going to be special anymore.
I'm not saying we're going to do it because it's unbelievably difficult and it could all unravel very quickly as many teams have found out in the past but it's funny to listen to him desperately hoping someone stops us.

If we are not able to win the treble. Turn off the tv and forget about it. Look forward to doing it next season. One trophy is hard enough never mind 3. Oh fuck that rat ****.
The elephant in the room is what team we put out against Everton. After Arsenal winning today I'd imagine Pep will put out a strong team at Goodison.
Winning over 2 legs and beating Everton in a 9 day spell will be tricky. Manage it then we can start thinking of a treble.

It's OK to admit it. We ALL want the treble.
For me, Newcastle not beating Arsenal yesterday has probably knocked any chance of our doing the treble on the head.
I thought we needed to win the league early to pull it off. The next three games will tell a tale, I suppose. Obviously, it's still possible but there's very little margin for error now. That's asking a lot, coming off the back of such a long winning streak.
