No we aren't, most city fans are quite realistic, acknowledging that we can't literally just buy whoever we want because of how much of a budget we have.
Worry about your own team first, in fact, your own team at all. I could say all Spurs fans are all arrogant for believing they can push for honours, and definitely retain their top 4 status, but we know it's not arrogance, just standard expectation.

You may have Bale, but I'm quite satisfied with AJ, Silva and Balotelli whilst we are on the subject of comparing wingers.
