Is Chelsea on Wednesday the make or break match?

Completely chilled by this game.

We will put on a clinic and show exactly why we are better than Chelsea.

Will win it by at least two clear goals.

Every team that comes to COMS will want to be the first that ensures we don't get three points and keep the run going , its got to come to an end sometime it may be Thursday.

If we play with the level of intensity we know we can , keep it tight at the back and take our chances we will overcome them ,combined with that thing we call good luck there is nothing to fear from Chelsea.

Given they are unbeaten under Di Matteo we have more reason to change that.

Chelsea are no longer the side we thought we couldn't beat home or away anymore and neither are we.

If we do lose then I would suggest United will grow in confidence and be extremely difficult to topple.

The make or break games are the away fixtures. Stoke, Arsenal, Norwich, Wolves & Newcastle. Recently our away form has been so poor that I'm finding it difficult to believe we'll win all, or even most, of those games. Even when we've won, such as at at Wigan & Villa, we made hard work of it and nearly let the points slip at the end. Its imperative that we change the way that we approach away matches, play with more tempo and score early.

Such a silly phrase really ,make or break. The reality is that, when you are at the top fighting to win the league, every game is a must win.

You cannot expect the team you are battling against to lose a game as that's now what happens at the top.If you fight to avoid relegation it's totally different. If the team don't approach it as a cup final that we must win then I think they are missing something very important.

Hell, other teams treat playing against City as a cup final so we should do the same ( and that should be every game and not just now)

In this instance, I think it's the right phrase. Lose and we remain 4 points behind U****d with 9 left to play and some tough fixtures coming up. Win against a rejuvenated Chelsea and we close the gap to 1 point whilst showing everyone we're still fighting. A draw isn't a disaster - but won't be good enough should U****d keep grinding their wins out.

I think we can do Chelsea 2-1.

Recently, any time you and your brother on here make a prediction it has gone disastrously wrong.

Lets hope you're right this time!!

Definitely not "make", but almost certainly "break".

Mentally, we have to win, even disregarding the points.

I think we will.

We could afford a draw, but it would leave us very little margin for error unless the rags slip up before the derby.

Win would be great, 6 points in the next week and things start to look a little rosier.

I'm nervous as fook as every game approaches, however....

WE'RE GONNA WIN THE PREMIERSHIP THIS YEAR! you know we never do anything the easy way (but its getting done this year!!!) Keep the faith. CTID

DONT BE NERVOUS, WHY SHOULDNT WE WIN

WE SHOULD WIN IN FACT

EITHER WAY

BE CALM AND COLLECTED BEFORE YOU COME TO THE MATCH
