Is it Labour's time?

I struggle to care. They're all in it for themselves and not much would change if we needed up with labour.

That said, I've never seen the country in a bigger mess than it is right now.
With a name like yours, not caring seems the last thing you should be doing.

hmmm same feelings here, except the best days have gone bit. But I will be voting for Labour just because its actually becoming dangerous with the conservatives in charge, and to shut my wife up :)
Not sure when the last time this country had any good news apart from when Boris resigned but is Truss any much better will Labour be any better?
It's a waste of time voting they don't care about us

Nah, it’s because radical blue voters always vote blue, whoever their leader is.

Red voters do this much less.
The red wall constituencies that stayed labour all through the years of Wilson, Callahan, Blair & Brown suggest you're wrong; they were solidly labour through all those different lab leaders, now they've turned blue. I've put forward an explanation as to why this is - what's yours?

Can Labour be as bad? I hope not. But I am also hoping they want to actually improve the country. Imagine that, politics for the good of the country!

Because they aren’t in the demographic that we were discussing.

More people sway away from Labour than they do the Tories, is my point, which still stands.

You can imagine the kind of messaging in labour HQ this morning.

“Look everyone, We’ve got them on the ropes, biggest poll lead in yougov history, big policy announcement from Kier today, so everyone just stay on message and don’t do anything stupid to take the focus off how badly Truss and Kwarteng have misjudged this budget.”

6 hours later …

Fucking classic divided labour move. Start a race row that casts the most unpopular man in the country in a sympathetic light and steal headlines from the leaders massive policy announcement.

Always the fucking same why are Labour so pathetic when it comes to playing the game.

Just seen someone on Twitter say that the Corbynites would rather have a Conservative government than a Labour one under Starmer.

I thought that was somewhat hyperbolic but fear it wasn't.

They are the equivalent of climate protesters sitting in the road blocking the traffic - they mean well, but they’re a fu*king nuisance and they do more harm for the cause than good

If you don’t want the Tories in power just vote for Labour ffs!

No
I haven't voted for years and never will again
The country is fucked beyond repair.
The best days are gone

Perhaps if more people weren’t apathetic to voting Brexit wouldn’t have happened and the Tories wouldn’t have f*cked this country up beyond repair

Agree with this but depends what constituency you are in, could do with quite a few voting Lib Dems in some areas too.
