There's no doubt in my mind that Mancini underestimated Southampton
Tactically inept and incapable of sending a team out motivated enough to battle toe to toe with the opposition.
Perhaps instead of slagging the players off just needs to look in the mirror for culpability
 
If I were Mancini last night I would've left the players to their own accord after full-time in the dressing room. Actions speak louder than words and all that.

Was in the pub watching last nite so not sure but how many players applauded the fans at full time? I caught Maicon sloping off straight down the tunnel!
 
It might be acceptable as a one off. The problem is Mancini does this everytime we lose. It is normally the strikers fault because "when you have chance to score, you must score". Just pushing the blame from himself to the players which is sly.

I'd tend to agree. It's unfortunate for Mancini and for us that the same limitations he brought with him to the club still exist within him and he hasn't learned anything new about how to manage top players.

It amazes me that he still retains the support of so many supporters when he is patently regressing the club and the players with his stinking attitude and complete lack of empathy for his players.


The sooner we get him out of our club the better for everyone involved.
 
I hope there isn't any problem with Siiva
, I noticed in the last two games when he was substituted him and Mancini didn't even look at each other .
