What are people scared of though? To me there doesn't seem to be a real terrorist threat, we're constantly told how easy it is to get hold of guns, yet the thought of getting a gun hasn't occurred to extremists in our country, I find that incredibly hard to believe.

Do you mean what are moderate Muslims scared of ??because these are the "people"that are becoming increasingly uncomfotable with the extreme elements in this country that are using Islam to create unrest.
The stone cold fact that Burka clad bombers disguised as women are trying to bomb decent people in Pakistan & Afganistan into submission shows that some sort of a ban must be implemented because we certainly don't want a situation like that in England.
As i said a total ban will create martyrs but a part ban shouldn't be a problem.

but your second point is crazy. Scare of "docile women who may attack me". Well no shit sherlock, im not sure about you but im not for dying, and certainly not at the will of some scum terrorist willing to kill large groups of people, of course im fucking scared.

Without meaning to scare you into a life of isolation, there are far more threatening things than terrorists; going of This PDF the leading cause of death among males (When cancers are grouped), not related to health, is land transport accidents with 7.7% of total deaths among males. That is followed by Accidental threats to breathing with 3.1%, then Accidental drowning and submersion with 2.7% and FINALLY Homicide and probable homicide with 2.6%.

Now thats assuming every murder is committed by a terrorist, which it isn't but since you probably can't comprehend that someone outside of Islam can do a bad thing we'll assume every murder was committed by a terrorist.

So basically, what I'm saying is, you're point is moot unless you don't drive anywhere (Or go near roads for that matter), avoid all water deeper than 3 inches or allow any solid object capable of blocking your mouth anywhere near you.

The veil is just as intimidating as a balaclava. I think the idea of a multicultural society helps us understand more about other cultures an thus enhances our knowledge of the world. But this doesn't mean we British citizens HAVE to accept others cultures or beliefs. We do so because we are just civilised. The women felt their religion was not respected but surely they themselves could of respected the drivers wishes swell. They CAN choose to probe and unlike many muslim countries, willow be persecuted. By not accepting the drivers concerns, they are both hypocritical. Then to say "it was probably a racist comment" makes my blood boil. The race card gets used too much for too little. Surely we as a country have helped their families settle in a much better country than their grandfathers so if a British person has an issue with them or their beliefs, they should, out if common courtesy, acknowledge this and respect it.

What the fuck have the driver's wishes got to do with it? He works for a company, he should follow their policy, his wishes are irrelevant.

My above paragraph is spot on, and you know it, by bowing out is "the cowards way" (just like you not facing up to the problems stated earlier and pretending they dont exist) i dont choose to live my life this way, a certain religion made me feel this way when brainwashing people into killing thousands, that is why im slightly sceptical of them, do you understand? no, you probably wouldnt as your not scared of anything are you, except the truth.
